Polianthes tuberosa 'The Pearl'

Deciduous flowering perennial bulb with tall slender flower spikes holding one of the most fragrant flowers in horticulture. Double white flowers are produced late summer through fall. Wonderful cut flower that will fragrance an entire room for a week. Plant in full sun to light shade. Give good drainage and average water. Plant bulbs just below the soil surface. Pine straw mulch in winter best in zone 7. USDA zone 7-11 in cold hardiness.
