Hibiscus moscheutus 'Fantasia' PPAFDeciduous hardy hibiscus that grows to around 4' tall and wide producing 6-8" lavender pink flowers with cherry red centers summer through mid fall. The only variety with a hint of purple/lavender in the flower color. Cut back to around 4" tall in November. Prefers full sun and wet situations, but will tolerate normal gardens if not allowed to dry out. Easy to grow. Very showy in bloom. USDA zones 5-9 in cold hardiness. |
