Asclepias incarnata 'Ice Ballet'

Deciduous perennial which grows to around 3'tall and wide and produces off-white 2-3" flower clusters on the tips of the branches in summer. The flowers are irresistible to butterflies of any kind. The plant itself is a source of food for Monarch butterfly larvae. Plant in full sun. Prefers wet soils, but will tolerate normal garden conditions. Easy to grow. Cut to ground in winter. USDA zones 3-8 in cold hardiness.
