Hibiscus moscheutus 'Starry Starry Night' ppaf

Deciduous hardy hibiscus that grows to around 4' tall and wide producing 8-10" medium pink flowers with a lighter pink to near white edge and a contrasting deep red eye summer through mid fall. The most striking swamp Hibiscus in bloom. As an added bonus this cultivar has dark, bronzy foliage. Cut back to around 4" tall in November. Prefers full sun and wet situations, but will tolerate normal gardens if not allowed to dry out. Easy to grow. Very showy in bloom. USDA zones 5-9 in cold hardiness.
