Brugmansia suaveolens 'Pink'

Evergreen flowering large shrub or small tree (in zones 9-11) that produces masses of 12" hanging frosty pink trumpet shaped flowers late spring though fall that are especially fragrant at night. Provides a tropical effect to any garden. Plant in full sun to light shade. Deer resistant. Will die to ground in hard freezes (zones 7-8) but recovers from the roots to grow 6-8' in one season. Eventually forms a large clump due to this cycle, but remains as a single trunked tree in milder climates. USDA zones (7)8-11 in cold hardiness. All parts of the plant are poisonous if ingested!
