Golden Lotus - Double
Yellow is a new color for Hellebores and as a double Golden Lotus is especially unique to boot. As part of the "Winter JewelsTM" series it will undoubtedly be around for a long time. Gorgeous clear 1 ½" double cream to yellow flowers appear late winter through May above the foliage. Some may have a pink blush to them as well. Like all Hellebores, they are prized for their shade tolerance and deer resistance (all parts are toxic if eaten). They grow best in US Zones 5-8, but will grow in Zone 9 if amended properly.
