Amethyst Glow - SinglePart of the Winter Jewels TM series, velvety deep reddish purple flowers with a light rose edge make this selection a great color to contrast with lighter ones. The flowers appear winter through May. Like all Hellebores, they are prized for their shade tolerance and deer resistance (all parts are toxic if eaten). They grow best in Zones 5-8, but will grow in Zone 9 if amended properly. |
