Brunnera macrophylla 'Silver Heart' PPAF
Deciduous flowering shade perennial forming a low clump to around 15" tall and 24" wide with mostly silvery heart shaped leaves and bright blue, dainty flowers in spring. Prefers cool locations in medium shade in the South, so be sure to plant out before it turns hot. Give good drainage and average water. Does not like drying out completely during warm-hot weather. Prized for its foliage and flower. USDA zones 3-8 in cold hardiness. More silvery than 'Jack Frost' with larger leaves.
