Hakonechloa macra 'Aureola'Deciduous ornamental grass with lacey, weeping form producing green and yellow striped foliage on a slowly spreading clump that grows to around 18" tall and 2' wide. Great for shade gardens and spots where there is some protection from the Carolina summer heat. Plant in light shade to morning sun. Give good drainage. Does not like to dry out! Useful en masse and along borders. USDA zones 5-8 in cold hardiness. |
