Pennisetum x 'First Knight' PP25515
Deciduous hardy fountain grass hybridized for its deep burgundy foliage and cold tolerance. During the warm season it quickly regrows from a dormant clump to reach 4-5' in height and slightly less wide. First Knight thrives in heat and appreciates moisture but is drought tolerant as well. Plant in full sun. Grows in most soils. Easy to grow. Cut back to ground in winter. USDA zones 7-11 in cold hardiness.
