Polygonatum odoratum 'Variegatum'

Winter deciduous perennial with slender stems to 15" with green and white variegated leaves that produce fragrant white flowers in early spring that hang from each leaf node. Needs light to moderate shade in hot summer areas. Prefers moist organic soils, but will tolerate periodic drought as well. Will form a spreading clump to several feet wide over time. Easy to grow. USDA zones 5-8.
